The Isle of Wight Garlic Farm’s Onion Marmalade

Onion marmalade with Garlic is a blend of red onions & garlic creating this delicious relish that partners cold meats, cheese & adds a touch of sweetness for sandwiches. Try it with grilled fish and a crispy salad or as a glaze for ham.

The Portsmouth Distillery’s Fort Cyder

This is Portsmouth Distillery’s very own small batch artisan Cyder using their award winning recipe (International Cider Challenge Bronze award 2018/2020) of exceptional Cox, Bramley, Egremont and Norfolk Russet apples from the orchards of the Blackmoor Estate here in Hampshire.

Fort Cyder is made from hand picked apples to ensure the impeccable quality of the juice. The apples are hand sorted, washed, scratted, pressed and fermented. It naturally clears through time and oodles of patience with absolutely no chemical interference, no additives and no added sugars or sweeteners, 100% apple juice, with no watering down. It has a wonderful nose reminiscent of classic Normandy-esque light honeycomb aromatics. It is dry but juicy on the palate and extremely appley, with a crisp and bright, refreshingly moorish finish.

The Saucealists No. 28 BBQ Sauce

The one that started it all. The original recipe, smooth, sweet, packed with herbs and of course as the name suggests with a smokey finish.

Ingredients: Water, Tomato Puree, Cooking Wine (Sulphites) Molasses, Maple Syrup, Sugar, Wine Vinegar (Sulphites), Mustard Dijon (Mustard), Corn Starch, Smoke Flavourings (Maltodextrin), Salt, Paprika, Thyme, Black Pepper, Garlic, Cayenne
